Our History

Plenty Pops was created by Shawn Brennan, a professionally trained cuisine and pastry chef with a life-long background in the culinary world. She grew up in the restaurant world of New Orleans as part of the Brennan family, graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and worked in several Michelin starred restaurants in Paris. She returned to the States to grace San Francisco with her delicious creations as Pastry Chef in restaurants such as Charles Nob Hill and the Lark Creek Inn and as Pastry Chef at the French Bakery Patisserie Lambert before taking a leave of absence from her career to start her family in 2009. She has returned to the culinary scene with the same talent for creating indulgent treats but now it is coupled with her passion for healthful living and clean, fresh eating. Shawn’s Plenty Pops are frozen pops made from only nutrient rich combinations of fresh organic, locally sourced whole veggies, fruits, and flavors. Shawn hand makes and tastes each small batch to affirm that they meet her high standards before hand packaging them and getting them en route to you.
